15 Excuses I’ve used NOT to go to the Gym!

 

It’s Monday! – its super busy and I won’t be able to get on any of the machines anyway!

 

It’s Sunday! – It’s a day of rest!…its gods day!

 

I’m going out for dinner anyway?

 

I’m going out tonight…I’ll dance it off!

 

I forgot my water…sports bra…locker key…I’m not prepared!

I’m exhausted from work! I just want to go home and get into bed!

 

It takes ages to get there! The journey itself is a workout!

 

The hot guy at the gym doesn’t work out today…I’ll go tomorrow! 😉

 

I’m not feeling not well! (Probably because I had too much chocolate today)

 

I forgot my water bottle!….even though there’s a water fountain in the gym and I know it!

 

I’ll just work out at home…where’s that “Pump It Up!” video I bought in 2006? Oh I’m a celeb is on…I’ll just watch that instead!

 

I have a meeting tomorrow morning…I don’t want to be tired for it! Need my 8 hours’ kip!

 

I forgot my hair bobble! I’m not working out with my hair down…that’s gross!

 

I’m going to miss my favourite show if I go to the gym now…. catch up? Nah!

 

My stomach is really bloated…what if I fart doing squats? Better stay home just to be safe!

 

And after all that your like…OK…. I really should quit the gym …. I’ll go tomorrow…then I don’t!
